Tenancy Agreements
It is the responsibility of landlords to ensure that the tenancy agreements they are offering are appropriate, fair and legal. Royal Holloway, University of London does not provide private sector tenancy agreements. The University of London (of which Royal Holloway is a part) does provide Assured Shorthold Tenancy and Licence Agreements, which can be purchased for use by landlords.
These contracts have the advantage of being approved by the University of London Housing Services (ULHS)
To purchase an Assured Shorthold Tenancy pack (for £6) or a Licence Agreement pack (for £4) please send a cheque, made payable to ‘the University of London’ to: University of London Housing Services, University of London Union, Malet Street, London, WC1E 7HY. Please include a note advising them what you would like to purchase, and giving your name and postal address so that the pack can be sent to you.
